Everest Base Camp trek with Lobuche East Peak Climbing is an unforgettable experience for those wanting to climb Lobuche Peak at the altitude of 6119m and stepping foot on Everest Base Camp. Located in the Khumbu region, Lobuche Peak is a beautiful peak.
Climbing Lobuche Peak requires the full support of an experienced climber as the climbing is carried out through steep snow and icy slopes. Team members don’t need to be a climbing expert to do the climb; however, our experienced Sherpa Climbing Guide help even to beginners without any climbing experience for scaling and reaching the summit.
Climbing Lobuche Peak starts with a scenic flight to Lukla – the gateway to the Everest Region. Following the beautiful trail, we walk through the dense forest of rhododendrons towards Namche Bazaar, the capital of the Everest region. After a few days of trekking, we will reach Lobuche East Base Camp, the starting point of our climb.
After we check our climbing gear along with physical and mental fitness level, we prepare ourselves for the summit attempt. When we reach the summit, we will enjoy the magnificent views of Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Makalu (8463m), Mt. Nuptse (7861m), Mt. Pumori (7161m), and the majestic Mt. Ama Dablam (6812m), including other peaks. We stay only for a while on the summit, after which we get back down again towards Base Camp.
Getting back to Base Camp also marks the turnaround point of this tour. We slowly retrace our steps back, passing through Namche Bazaar and finally reach Lukla, from where we take a return flight back to Kathmandu.
